A set of 36 compassion focused reminders to facilitate grief recovery after going through loss in life, completed with baby buddha (ojizo) illustration. Printer friendly white background.
- Include 16 cards to deepen understanding of grief and 20 cards to facilitate making peace with grief.
- Grief is a normal response to loss in life. In most cases, normative grief generally eases with time and we can gradually come to terms with our loss. However, extra help might be warranted when grief becomes prolonged.
- These cards are designed to facilitate grief recovery from loss by highlighting the role of our soothing system: Drop the struggle to eliminate grief, accept that we are going through emotionally painful times, understand various facts about grief and try to care for ourselves at the same time of allowing ourselves space to heal at our own pace.
- Use as reminders to cope with triggers or rumination of loss in day to day life or as cue cards for compassionate letter writing to facilitate healing.
